   Technical Analyst & Solutions Developer (Consultant)

   • Built a 12-node LangGraph pipeline for an Australian state government client that extracts regulatory compliance documents one table row at a time and links each value to its source page and cell.
   • Measured 90% F1 (93.1% precision, 87.1% recall) on one named benchmark. Larger document sets varied.
   • Processed one 190-page production document in about 31 minutes for about AUD 1.65.
   • Designed Sentinel, a code review and pipeline-diagnosis tool on Claude Code, n8n, Bitbucket and Jira, with a person approving every fix. Estimated saving: 20 to 40 developer hours a month.

   • Built PolicyAI, a policy retrieval system that cites its sources and uses Postgres row-level security to keep each role to its own documents.
   • Built CurryDash, a food marketplace that combines meal-kit subscriptions with on-demand orders, on Laravel, Flutter and Cloud Run.
   • Built InsightsLM, a self-hosted RAG setup on n8n, Ollama and Supabase with pgvector.

   Founder

   • Building Beheth Kade, an offline-first app for Sri Lankan pharmacies: invoice-photo receiving, billing that blocks prices above the gazetted maximum, and batch and expiry tracking.
   • Built and run raava.au on Next.js 16, Payload CMS and Tailwind.
   • Researching Sinhala speech recognition with Whisper, including mixed Sinhala and English speech.

   • Brought AI tools into trend and inventory analysis, and made 3D product visuals for campaigns.
